Kids & Company is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or 3) to foster a supportive and engaging learning workplace. Your responsibilities will include implementing an Emergent Curriculum and collaborating with professionals while ensuring children feel safe and nurtured.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily documentation and attendance records
• Implement educational practices that focus on child growth
• Support emotional and behavioral well-being
• Conduct health and safety checks regularly
• Facilitate transitions within classrooms as needed
Requirements:
• Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification (Level 2 or 3)
• Current Criminal Record Check
• Valid CPR Level B and First Aid certification
• Ability to lift and manage up to 45 pounds
• Strong communication and organization abilities
