As a member of the Mental Health & Substance Use team, you will manage client admissions at our main campus. This includes processing documentation, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring comprehensive support for clients’ needs during their intake. Your expertise in organization and communication will significantly contribute to our mission of client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm client appointments for services
• Communicate program guidelines to prospective clients
• Document and update client admissions efficiently




• Liaise with community care teams for intake verification
• Engage in ongoing development of the pre-screening process
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 and relevant certification
• Minimum one year experience with marginalized populations
• Proficiency in office software and database management
• First Aid and CPR certifications are mandatory
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
