Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee resident care delivery and evaluate processes
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations
• Lead strategic planning initiatives across multiple sites




• Foster relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
• Manage nursing department alignment with facility goals
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse diploma or degree, active Alberta license
• Experience in long-term care and gerontological nursing
• Minimum 1-2 years as Charge Nurse or in leadership
• Knowledge of RAI 2.0 and Quality Indicators
• Mental health care experience is essential
