This full-time role reports to the Pre-Construction Manager, focusing on assembling detailed take-offs and quotations. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, estimate project costs, and build effective relationships with industry stakeholders. Your insights will guide project planning and close-out meetings, thereby influencing company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble quantity take-offs and accurate quotations
• Identify cost-saving solutions for projects
• Estimate costs and prepare tenders professionally




• Promote potential business opportunities in the market
• Collaborate effectively with project leads on documentation
Requirements:
• Electrical trade certificate required
• 2-3 years of commercial estimating experience
• Proficiency in Accubid and Bluebeam software
• Solid multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
