Key Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight of long-term and dementia care services
• Empower teams for quality improvement and safety culture

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Three years management experience in healthcare
• Five years’ experience in seniors' care
• Gerontology or healthcare administration preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must pass criminal and tuberculosis checks
