In this full-time role, you'll join MNP's Indigenous External Financial Advisory Services, a team dedicated to serving over 270 Indigenous clients across Canada. Your expertise will help in assessing accounting systems and implementing capacity-building measures for financial literacy. You'll work closely with organizational leadership to craft strategic plans that drive growth and efficiency, providing value-driven financial insights and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and refine accounting systems for Indigenous clients
• Create growth and development strategies in financial literacy
• Provide expert recommendations and best practice implementations
• Lead training sessions for financial operations and audits
• Prepare financial reports for management updates
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Solid accounting principles knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with Indigenous organizations highly valued
