This role entails performing essential cleaning tasks, from floor buffing to waste collection, and maintaining high standards in washrooms and kitchens. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you'll work with minimal supervision while fostering teamwork and communication. GDI promotes a culture of safety, inclusion, and productivity with comprehensive training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and buff floors using manual and power equipment
• Vacuum carpets and clean common areas diligently
• Maintain cleaning equipment through preventative procedures




• Ensure washrooms and kitchens are thoroughly cleaned
• Monitor facilities for defects and cleanliness issues
Requirements:
• Solid attention to detail and organization skills
• Reliable transportation and dependability
• Ability to operate various cleaning tools
• Previous experience with auto scrubbers is an asset
• Capable of passing a Criminal Record Check
