Responsibilities Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple Private Equity clients. Manage various operational aspects associated with client relationships and investors. Coordinate with the Accounting group, Financial Statement group, Tax group, and Legal team. Coordinate, manage and monitor the external audit process. Review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, subscription documents, PPMs and other materials. Assist with the implementation and understanding of fund structures on the accounting system. Manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables, building and managing client relationships. Manage and develop staff of 4‑6 Investor Relations Specialists. Build out and manage internal policy and procedure documentation. Review, create and produce partner statements; call and distribution notifications and other correspondence.



Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls. Review and approve investor capital activity (calls/distributions/transfers/rebalances). Prepare and review all activity within stated Service Level Agreements. Oversight of money transfer dollar amounts and AML/KYC compliance. Involved with reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and will assist with various projects as assigned. Qualifications You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or comparable experience in investor relations and finance. 5‑7 years’ experience in the Hedge Fund/Private Assets industry, preferably in Investor Relations and/or Client Service with exposure to accounting and performance reporting. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing staff. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti‑Money Laundering policies. Proven client‑relationship skills.
