Position Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Buyer/Planner to manage and optimize the inbound planning of raw materials to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the timely delivery of raw materials and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to meet customer demands. This role requires an understanding of supply chain operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to address and resolve any issues related to inbound material flow.

What You Will Do

- Purchase raw materials and supplies for use in production, including prompt, accurate entry of purchase orders, active supplier management & coordination with Logistics.
- Maintain order and supply levels for all required materials to keep inventory levels within control zones.
- Ensure materials are 100% available for production by forecasting inventory levels and working with suppliers to expedite or delay deliveries to optimize on‑time material replenishment.
- Keep the SAP ERP system up to date and reflective of current delivery and quantity releases.
- Independently perform marketing forecast evaluation/analysis in comparison with actual material consumption,



supporting inventory management and planning activities remotely for multiple Vistaprint facilities.
- Apply broad business knowledge to facilitate effective interactions with global marketing, operations, global/regional purchasing, accounts payable and finance.
- Coordinate and plan daily inventory deliveries from the 3PL warehouse.
- Support and implement supply chain best practices and efficiency improvements.
- Other duties will be assigned as required by supervisor and may vary depending on employee experience and production seasonality.

What You Need

- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite (Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets).
- Experience with supply‑chain software (e.g., SAP or similar ERP systems) is considered an asset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and issue resolution.
- Ability to travel to vendor sites or other Cimpress/Vistaprint locations if required.




- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision for extended periods.

Compensation

Canada Target Hiring Range: $64,000.00 – $88,000.00 Per Year. Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation. In alignment with our compensation philosophy, the target hiring range is based on total cash compensation. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as education, training, and experience. Vista offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, wealth and wellness programs, as well as long‑term equity incentives, subject to eligibility.
