A boutique architectural practice specializing in residential, hospitality and commercial projects is looking for a Project Architect to join their team. Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to design from concept through design development
- Translate client vision into strong, functional, and creative design solutions
- Produce and oversee high-quality design presentations, drawings, and visualizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain design intent through all project phases
- Manage projects through construction documentation, tender, and contract administration
- Lead coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Review shop drawings, RFIs,



and submittals to ensure alignment with design intent and project requirements
- Conduct site reviews and support contract administration activities
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
- Mentor and guide junior and intermediate team members
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with quality standards

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience and be registered with AAA or similar.
- Bachelors or Master’s in architecture from an accredited college or university.
- Previous experience working on multifamily, commercial and hospitality projects
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience in sustainable design/ LEED AP & working with first nations communities is a strong asset.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design sensibility and technical execution

The successful candidate will receive an attractive compensation package $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience) + bonus, extended benefits & flexible work environment.
