In this key role, you will focus on maintaining safety and quality standards while performing dimensional inspections on moulded products. You will utilize various measuring tools, generate statistical data for production, and work closely with leadership to address quality issues. Your involvement will help uphold Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure that inspection records are accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers and calipers
• Issue statistical data and charts to the production team




• Maintain accurate records of inspection outcomes
• Support Positive Manufacturing Practices compliance within the plant
• Uphold safety protocols and report issues to QA management
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years' quality experience preferred
• Ability to work a continuous 12-hour shift schedule
• Knowledge of SPC control charting
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs
