Wetaskiwin is looking for dedicated Health Care Aides to deliver support across four acute care units. Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist in personal care and help with daily living activities for patients. Your responsibilities will include observing health changes and supporting patient safety and well-being under guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist nurses with routine patient care and support
• Help maintain hygiene, nutrition, and mobility for patients




• Observe and report on patients' moods and health changes
• Support organized activities and programs for patients
• Ensure a safe workplace for patients and staff
Requirements:
• Active registration or practice permit with CLHA
• 2-3 years of HCA experience required
• Current BLS and specialized training courses
• Ability to follow the full scope of HCA practice
• Preferred experience in Acute Care
