Optimize supply chain operations as a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator. Responsible for procurement, inventory control, and vendor relations to ensure efficient material movement.
This role coordinates order processing, oversees logistics, and maintains strong supplier communications. You will manage inventory levels and perform data entry into ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. The position is key to support cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee purchase order processing for timely procurement
• Track orders and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details




• Monitor inventory and initiate purchase orders as needed
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and generate reports
Requirements:
• Diploma in supply chain, procurement, or related field
• Previous supply chain experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
