They will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions tailored to the insurance industry.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering and AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.Create use cases, user stories, and process flows.Insurance Domain ExpertiseProvide in-depth knowledge of insurance processes, including underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and compliance.Understand and analyze industry trends, regulations, and market demands.Solution DesignWork with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.Stakeholder ManagementAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend enhancements.Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions.Documentation and ReportingMaintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and test cases.Prepare and present reports, dashboards,
