You will play a key role in creating standardized procedures and supporting the Loss Eradication Journey by addressing skill deficiencies. Collaborate with leadership to build a sustainable development plan for the team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement aligned with High Performance Work System principles.

• Develop and implement robust training programs for staff
• Conduct skill assessments and certification processes




• Manage trainer identification and certification procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
