The Member Services Representative at Assiniboine Credit Union plays a critical role in fostering member relationships and addressing their financial needs. This full-time, in office position focuses on delivering superior service through effective communication and problem resolution. You will support member transactions and refer them to specialist Advisors for tailored help, while promoting the credit union’s values in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent member service standards consistently
• Facilitate member transactions including withdrawals and payments
• Educate on and support digital banking initiatives




• Resolve complaints efficiently with follow-up when needed
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and security regulations
Requirements:
• Education: grade twelve diploma and relevant experience
• Must be proficient in French both verbally and in writing
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Experience with cash handling and financial procedures
• Familiarity with credit union services and policies
