Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive psychogeriatric assessments
• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Coordinate community resources and treatment programs




• Facilitate group and individual therapeutic sessions
• Engage in crisis interventions and follow-up care
Requirements:
• Current registration as a RN or RPN in B.C.
• Three years’ experience in geriatric mental health
• Valid B.C. Driver’s License required
• Expertise in managing psychiatric conditions and concurrent disorders
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
