About the role

This is a 2+ month contract for a Mobile Building Operator based in Calgary, AB.

You are a great teammate who thrives in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing and the supervision of HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that, given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. This role may require emergency procedures training at multiple locations. You build positive working relationships with tenants and your team, share your expertise, and collaborate effectively. You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.

What You’ll bring

- 2-5 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
- 5th or 4th class Power Engineering Certification is an asset, however not mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license for Alberta
- Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive tasks
- Flexible in working hours
