The United Way of PEI is excited to bring the 211 service to residents this fall, enhancing access to crucial community resources. This initiative is part of a broader Poverty Reduction Action Plan.

Designed as a 24/7 helpline and website, the 211 service will empower Islanders by providing vital information and referrals to a variety of social services. Key Responsibilities: • Launch and oversee the operational framework of 211 • Compile an extensive directory of available human services • Partner with government for necessary funding • Create outreach strategies to engage local communities • Develop and implement training for support staff

Requirements: • Proven experience in managing community programs • Skills in data collection and service evaluation • Ability to foster partnerships across sectors • Familiarity with social service needs • Dedication to enhancing public support accessibility

Join the effort to streamline access to essential services through the cutting-edge 211 system. #J-18808-Ljbffr
