Project Manager – Finance and Compliance | Trading Client | Toronto | Hybrid | Permanent

We are working with a leading trading firm that is looking for a high energy project management to run its Finance and Compliance project portfolio. This suits someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and likes bringing structure, clarity and momentum to delivery.

You will:

- Lead Agile delivery for an internal development team
- Run sprint ceremonies and keep delivery focused on outcomes
- Track progress, remove blockers and maintain transparency
- Own the Finance and Compliance project portfolio and roadmap
- Manage RAID, milestones, governance and senior stakeholder reporting
- Work closely with Finance, Technology, Operations and vendor teams to keep everything aligned

We are looking for someone with:

- Experience managing multiple workstreams and changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills across technical and Finance stakeholders
- Robust organisation and a delivery focused mindset
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools
- Experience with Finance systems or a trading environment is a real advantage
