Responsibilities

- Act as the strategic partner to the Autonomous Production Team (EAP3) regarding schedule, cost, quality, HSE, people and project performance for the FAL Line A business unit.
- Support the Head of Operations in decision-making: provide required analyses, lead critical actions for the sector, and supply any other necessary elements.
- Lead communication activities for the business unit with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead people change management activities, including but not limited to improving employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations and stakeholders to resolve problems.
- Collaborate with experts from other teams with the objective of standardization.
- Translate the Head of Operations' vision into a strategic plan and monitor its progress.
- Support and propose governance adaptations to maintain a high-performing organization that enables decision-making.
- Serve as the escalation point with the AOS team and strategic analysts.
- Develop, harmonize and update integrated plans.




- Support plan quality by implementing performance indicators.
- Manage risks and opportunities for the sector and ensure they are escalated according to Airbus standards to the organization's risks and ops leader.
- Use specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution.
- Establish and manage governance for multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external to Airbus.
- Ensure overall coherence of initiatives leading to CVAT improvement within the organization (continuous improvement routines, PDCA, VSA, Balanced Scorecard...).

Qualifications

- Hold a bachelor's degree in Management, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in project or program management or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills and a high level of influence, able to adapt to diverse audiences including managers at all levels.
- Experience needed to support teams through change.
- Organized with strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Open-minded, possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in teams.
- Can organize and facilitate workshops with many stakeholders to achieve set objectives.
- Bilingual (French and English).
