Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy equipment including snowplow trucks
• Perform road maintenance tasks year-round
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings daily
• Support crew planning to meet milestones
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards
Requirements:
• Must possess a Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license
• Supervisory experience in highway maintenance required
• Snow plow experience is an asset
• Robust understanding of maintenance specs necessary
• Pre-employment testing completion required
