Job Summary

Senior Analyst, Regional Information Management and Research – This role leads information management and data strategy initiatives that support regional priorities and community needs, working closely with regional teams, First Nations, and community partners to translate complex data and technical requirements into clear, practical solutions. The analyst will also support regional capacity‑building in data and information management, ensuring alignment with OCAP principles, privacy standards, and FNHA strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead information management and data strategy initiatives that support regional priorities and community needs.

Translate complex data and technical requirements into clear, practical solutions for diverse audiences.

Collaborate with regional teams, First Nations, and community partners to strengthen reporting, workflows, and decision‑making.

Support regional capacity‑building in data and information management aligned with OCAP principles, privacy standards, and FNHA strategic goals.

Advance effective,

Qualifications

Strong expertise in information management and data analysis.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Experience building trusted relationships with regional teams, First Nations, and community partners.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Education, Training & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of significant, recent, and relevant experience in enterprise‑scale projects.
- Proven experience translating technical requirements into clear, accessible information for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working successfully with First Nations communities and First Nations health programs and services.

Salary

$91,172 - $107,261 - $123,351 per year (pay range explained below).
