and client satisfaction.The Skills That Set You ApartA degree in Civil Engineering (or diploma in civil technologies) with eligibility for P.Eng. or CET registration in New Brunswick.10 Years of experienceExperience delivering and leading municipal infrastructure projects such as water, wastewater, drainage systems, or transportation corridors.Solid familiarity with municipal clients, permitting processes, and infrastructure priorities within Atlantic Canada.Proven ability to mentor, develop, and motivate technical teams while fostering a collaborative culture.Business development experience with demonstrated success building client relationships and growing market share.Proficiency with design and modeling tools used in municipal engineering (e.G., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydrotechnical modeling).CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:$89,800 – $118,900MB & ON:$81,900 – $112,800NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:$81,100 - $107,700DisclosureThe final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
