Our client seeks a dedicated skilled with 3-5 years of experience in Health and Safety or Disability Management. Responsibilities include developing safety programs, coordinating incidents, and providing advisory support to management. You will also facilitate training activities and guide the Joint Health and Safety Committee to improve workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate health & safety and attendance programs
• Manage health & safety incidents and absenteeism records




• Investigate accidents and implement preventive programs
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations
• Provide guidance to managers on attendance management
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required
• University degree in relevant field
• JHSC Part 1 Certification needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
