Contribute to patient healthcare through the role of Therapy Services Coordinator at Vancouver Island Health Authority. This position entails part time hours focused on leadership and administrative duties.
In this role, reporting to the Manager of Restorative Health, you will supervise staff daily and manage operational functions. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing important administrative tasks, all while ensuring that safety and quality are at the forefront of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead designated therapy staff
• Oversee operational activities for therapy services
• Handle various administrative responsibilities
• Ensure effective communication with health professionals




• Support quality and safety initiatives in the department
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
• Active full licensure with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
• Membership eligibility in the Canadian Association of Physiotherapists
• Completion of a management course or five years relevant experience
• Effective planning and communication skills
