As a Specialty Pharma Nurse at Bayshore, you will monitor patients receiving specialized pharmacological treatments and document procedures accurately. You’ll communicate effectively with supervisors to guarantee quality care. Specialized training will be provided to enhance your skills in infusion services and participate in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized nursing care plans for patients
• Conduct health assessments and administer medications
• Obtain IV access via peripheral or central lines




• Prepare and administer intravenous pharmacological treatments
• Report adverse events per pharmacovigilance requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current nursing registration in valuable standing
• 2 years acute care experience preferred
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications
• Exceptional patient assessment and communication skills
