As a Senior Human Factors Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to contribute significantly to multidisciplinary teams and high-profile client projects. Located ideally in Southampton, Bristol, Halifax, Miami, or Dubai, you may also work remotely while helping shape the strategic direction of our Human Factors division. Your role will focus on project delivery, client relationships, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Human Factors initiatives ensuring high standards and budgets
• Collaborate and communicate across technical project teams
• Mentor team members to enhance their capabilities
• Conduct technical proposal preparations including scopes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Factors, Psychology, or maritime industry qualifications
• Over 5 years’ consultancy experience in Human Factors
• Adept in ergonomic assessments and user research methods
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to undertake international travel for projects
