Starting July 27, 2026, this internal role is set for UFCW Impark employees. You will engage with monthly parking customers and guests through phone and written communication. The focus is on accuracy and creating seamless service experiences for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service to parking customers and guests
• Manage high volumes of phone and written requests
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions and communications
• Represent the Reimagined Parking brand positively
• Adapt to operational changes as required
Requirements:
• Must be a UFCW Impark employee
• Solid attention to detail in tasks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Available Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm
