In your role with the Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Team, you'll conduct thorough assessments and implement care plans for those with wound and continence issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct holistic assessments for clients with continence issues
• Formulate and monitor treatment plans with team input
• Provide mentorship and educational sessions on wound care
• Engage in quality monitoring for optimal health results
• Support research initiatives within the organization
Requirements:
• Completion of NSWOCC WOC-EP program needed
• Current RN status in Ontario
• Strong commitment to quality care
• Willingness to travel, valid driver’s license required
• Knowledge in community health care preferred
