Key Responsibilities: • Empower team to achieve operational targets efficiently • Oversee truck, shovel, drilling,



and blasting operations • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on mining activities • Participate in safety investigations involving industrial relations

Requirements: • Must hold a valid Open Pit Shift Boss certificate • Three years’ experience in open pit mining management • Knowledge of BC mining safety regulations • Familiarity with Wenco Dispatch system is an asset • Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
