Join YouthLink as a Youth and Family Therapist for the Live-In Treatment Home. Provide individualized psychotherapy and support for youth aged 14–17 to enhance their mental health and overall well-being.
This permanent part time position (21 hours/week) involves delivering high-quality therapy, including group and family sessions. The focus is on using trauma-informed and equity-based practices, ensuring accessibility for clients. You'll collaborate with the LIT team to develop therapeutic programs, maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning for youth
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Maintain thorough documentation and clinical reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for client support
• Participate in community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in psychotherapy or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Licensure in a regulated health college
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively
