We are seeking a Sr Consultant – OpenText to lead the design, implementation, upgrade, and support of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Content Server, and SAP components. This role requires deep technical expertise in OpenText VIM and Archive Server, hands‑on SAP AP/MM/FI experience, and the ability to architect infrastructure solutions both on‑premise and in Azure. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle SAP OpenText VIM and Archive Server projects, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and operational support. Drive implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of VIM versions 20.4 and 23.4, including OCR (IES on‑prem) functionality. Architect and configure VIM infrastructure components such as Intelligent Extraction Service (IES), OpenText Archive Server, WebViewer, Imaging Viewer, Enterprise Scan, Document Pipeline, and Validation Client. Configure ArchiveLink, VIM document types, indexing screens, approval classes, chart of authority, process types, and process options. Oversee custom ABAP development/extensions in VIM. Define and document automated deployment instructions for client/server infrastructure. Implement and test high availability OpenText Archive Server on Azure with reverse proxy (WebDispatcher). Support parallel upgrades of Archive Server (5TB+ archives) and VIM upgrades from 20.4 to 23.4. Scope, configure, and deploy VIM 23.4 Fiori tiles. Provide hands‑on SAP Accounts Payable support and integration with MM and FI modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions,



and provide training and knowledge transfer. Independently plan, execute, and articulate tasks in a structured delivery model. Technical Profile 10+ years of SAP and OpenText VIM/Archive Server experience. Expertise in Accounts Payable processes and SAP MM/FI modules. Solid knowledge of VIM 20.4 and 23.4 implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Proficient in OCR/IES on‑prem solutions and VIM configuration. Experienced with IT Infrastructure Architecture (on‑prem and Azure) including firewalls and reverse proxy setup. Skilled in ArchiveLink, document indexing, workflow enhancements, and VIM server components. ABAP development/extensions in VIM. Proven experience with large‑scale Archive Server upgrades (5TB+). Familiar with project implementation methodologies and best practices. Functional Profile Strong understanding of Accounts Payable business processes. Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions. Experienced in workshops, blueprinting, requirement gathering, and end‑user training. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver in structured timelines. Collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams (SAP FI/MM/AP, IT infrastructure).
