This position focuses on field deployment of specialized banking equipment while ensuring that branch staff are well-trained and comfortable with current hardware. Candidates should have a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with non-technical team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport, set up, and configure Cash Recycling Units
• Conduct hands-on training during go-live sessions




• Manage deployment schedules and document technical issues
• Assist with hardware inventory during rollout phases
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in IT desktop support or field services
• Experience with Cash Recycling Units or similar devices
• Background in financial environments
• Effective communication and training skills
