In this full time contract role, you will report to the Manager of Ticketing Operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing event configurations, conducting quality assurance audits, and providing real-time support during screenings. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless ticket management for multiple events, enhancing the festival experience for attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with setup and maintenance of screening schedules
• Conduct quality assurance audits for ticket pricing and capacities
• Support event days with real-time box office assistance




• Troubleshoot ticketing system issues under tight deadlines
• Extract reports and analytics for key stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in ticketing operations or event management
• Experience with Ticketmaster products preferred
• Proven ability to manage ticket inventories effectively
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison
