AccessFest blends live performances, talks, installations, community activations, and partnerships to create a bold, creative, inclusive civic experience.Role OverviewWe are seeking aMarketing Lead – AccessFestto lead the marketing vision, strategy, and execution for AccessFest. This role is responsible for building momentum, shaping narrative, and driving audience growth in the lead-up to the festival and beyond.This is a senior, hands-on role designed as ahigh-impact mandatewith clear ownership of AccessFest marketing. This role has the potential to evolve into a broader marketing leadership position across AccessNow. The Marketing Lead will work closely with AccessNow leadership, creative partners, and communications collaborators to ensure AccessFest is visible, compelling, and culturally resonant.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the CEO to develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for AccessFestShape and refine the festival’s narrative, positioning, and key messagesEnsure a cohesive and compelling presence across all marketing channelsCampaign Development & ExecutionPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns leading up to AccessFestOwn marketing timelines, milestones,



and deliverablesBuild sustained momentum, anticipation, and audience engagementLead creative direction for festival marketing, including campaign concepts, visual direction, and content formatsContribute directly to creative execution where needed (e.G. social content, layouts, campaign assets)Brief and collaborate with designers, videographers, photographers, and other creative partnersAudience Growth & EngagementDrive audience development, awareness, and participationBuild excitement across social media, email, partnerships, and earned channelsCollaborate with performers, speakers, sponsors, and partners to amplify reachCross-Functional & Partner CollaborationWork closely with communications, programming, partnerships, and production teamsAlign marketing efforts with sponsorship activations and partner visibilitySupport media and promotional opportunities tied to the festivalMeasurement & OptimizationTrack campaign performance and audience engagement metricsUse insight and feedback to refine strategy and execution in real timeBalance brand-building with measurable awareness and attendance goalsQualificationsDemonstrated experience leading marketing for festivals, large-scale events, major campaigns,
