You will: Own and manage a project workstream, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Coordinate closely with Lead Project Managers, business partners, business analysts, and external vendors Gather and document business requirements; support solution definition and stakeholder sign‑off Develop and maintain project charters, detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans Manage project financials, forecasts, and budget changes Track milestones and dependencies; produce Gantt charts, status reports, and program updates Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and mitigation plans Facilitate workshops covering requirements, risk, change management, and lessons learned Drive clear,



effective communication across cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders What you bring to the job You are someone with proven experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle and experience managing complex, multi‑year or large‑scale projects with cross‑functional teams. You also come with: Strong knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies Understanding of mutual fund products and middle/back‑office operations a strong plus Experience working with and managing external vendors or partners Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and documentation skills Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rujeeka Manoharan.
