We seek a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant to support a Long Term Care client. You will facilitate group exercises and one-on-one sessions, encouraging residents to achieve their treatment goals. Accurate documentation of each session and monitoring health changes are essential functions of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with group and individual exercise sessions
• Encourage residents to meet treatment goals
• Document treatment and residents' progress
• Aid residents with walking and secure transfers

Requirements:
• Graduate in Physiotherapy Assistant or equivalent
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with elderly residents
• Experience in Long Term Care is an asset
