This role is responsible for supporting theAVP, Business Portfolio Management in aligning their priorities to the organizational strategies and committed work. Thisrole understands the team capabilities, helps with prioritization of work and backlogs. The Director, Business Portfolio Management is responsible for the leadership, management and development of Portfolio Managers & Analysts supporting the BPM Team.* Drives Portfolio and BU level reporting on initiative health and block funding requirements/planning* Partners and collaborates with Leadership and Key Stakeholders to develop annual Key Initiative plan inputs and ongoing financial view* Partner with Business Leaders and Journey Platform ownersto maintain and update portfolioroadmaps, prioritize deliverables andmanage backlogs* Create and deliver stakeholdercommunications for ongoing priorities,including status updates, roadmap,dependencies, pressure points and keydecisions requiring alignment* Lead and drive the intake and assessment of new ideas to the BPM funnel, guiding and supporting the Prep Group in analysis and decision making* Support theAVP, Business PortfolioManagement with events and ceremonies(e.G. bi-weekly Portfolio and Platformreviews,
