Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize activities to maximize facility usage
• Manage staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Select and promote programs based on customer feedback




• Prepare and monitor operating and capital budgets
• Negotiate agreements and manage public consultations
Requirements:
• Degree in leisure studies, recreation, or related field
• 4-6 years of recreation experience, including supervisory roles
• Knowledge of public recreation principles and practices
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
