Make a difference in the Nipissing community as a Clinical Programs Manager with the Community Counselling Centre. This full time role focuses on leadership in Developmental Services and client-centered program management.
In this role, you'll lead various community-based services, emphasizing compassionate care for individuals and families. Your expertise in clinical supervision and program development will influence service outcomes and ensure compliance with best practices. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a vital role in enhancing data integrity and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct clinical programs and ensure ethical oversight
• Supervise and mentor staff in evidence-informed practices




• Engage in outcome monitoring and compliance activities
• Support community agency partnerships for service integration
• Facilitate quality improvement measures across programs
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant clinical field
• At least three years of leadership experience
• Five years of hands-on clinical practice
• Proficient in clinical databases and reporting
• Strong understanding of developmental disability services
