Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.Job Responsibilities:Job DescriptionThis person is accountable for building and maintaining tools, dies and fixtures to support a production schedule.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain progressive or fine blank dies, jigs and fixtures at the level of quality required to support producing quality components, as required by a production stamping scheduleFabricate dies, die sections, fixtures and any other required components within a specific time frameTroubleshoot and repair dies and fixtures, in the Tool Room and Press, as required to solve problems within the time constraints dictated by the Production ScheduleReport immediately all problems that may affect the on time completion of assigned workProvide guidance and teaching to apprenticesMaintain safety standards and 5S cleanliness of work area as outlined by Supervisory staff and health and safety proceduresMust be aware of relevance and importance of their activities and how it effects quality and the setting for our customersOther duties as requiredSHIFTAfternoons: 2pm - 10pmSALARYStarting:
