As a Shipping/Receiving Team Lead, you will oversee daily activities, guiding Forklift, Palletizers, and Stack Movers while leading by example. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the shipping team for peak performance
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and provide team feedback

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in shipping/manufacturing, preferably food
