high-performing tools that fuel some of the world’s largest solar projects. You’ll join a distributed, high-impact team that ships often and iterates fast with a sharp focus on quality. From backend APIs to frontend UIs and DevOps, you’ll help shape the future of commercial solar design software.Your ImpactDesign and implement solutions for both existing software and greenfield features as a key player on a fully remote teamMentor peers through thoughtful code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadershipPush boundaries, challenge assumptions, and champion smarter, scalable solutionsLead user stories and epics from ideation, through investigation to deliveryDrive key initiatives in collaboration with product, design, QA, and customer-facing teamsWhat You Bring5+ years of pragmatic craftsmanship resulting in high-quality, well-tested, maintainable productsProficiency in at least one core programming language, ideally in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or ReactSolid grasp of both object-oriented and functional programming paradigmsKnowledge of design patterns from class level to application scopeExperience designing APIs, optimizing relational data models, and deploying cloud-native applicationsDeep knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Lean values, principles and practicesA cooperative spirit, curiosity to learn, and commitment to continuous improvementProfessional fluency in written and spoken English.
