We are a trusted partner to public institutions across Western Canada, delivering thoughtful, practical, and well-crafted design solutions.Our integrated team of architects, planners, interior designers and technical staff specializes in K–12 and post-secondary education, health care, commercial, and community & cultural projects, guided by five core values—curiosity, collaboration, client focus, commitment, and accountability.We’re Growing – Join Us!Post-secondary education is a core and growing sector of our practice, encompassing applied learning facilities, student housing, academic buildings, renovations, and long-range planning for colleges and universities across British Columbia and Alberta, delivered through long-term partnerships and collaborative delivery.We are seeking an Architect with relevant post-secondary experience with a strong interest in this sector to join our studio and contribute to the continued growth of this important aspect of our practice.This role is well suited to an architect who has delivered institutional projects, understands the complexity of post-secondary clients, and is interested in developing greater leadership responsibility over time.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to the delivery of post-secondary and institutional projects from concept through constructionKnowledge of the post-secondary funding models including demonstrated ability and experience delivering architectural, planning, and interior design projects for post-secondary clientsSupport planning, renovation, and new-build projects for post-secondary clients of varying scalesContribute to strong client relationships through responsiveness, clarity,
