Intact is seeking licensed claims adjusters who have passed AMF exams or plan to. This role requires strong analytical skills, time management, and communication abilities. You'll handle claims from English and French-speaking clients while ensuring fair settlements and maintaining customer support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open new claims and assist customers over the phone
• Conduct interviews to gather accounts from insureds and witnesses
• Analyze policy details to determine claim coverage
• Evaluate claims files to decide on liability
• Settle claims equitably and process payments
Requirements:
• Claims adjuster license with AMF exam completion
• Experience in a similar claims position
• Robust organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual: proficient in English and French
