About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud/Data Migration Engineer to support a large-scale cloud transformation initiative. This role combines deep expertise in database migration, cloud modernization, and Python engineering.

The successful candidate will play a key role in migrating enterprise data platforms from Oracle and SQL Server to Snowflake , modernizing database assets and stored procedures, and transitioning Python-based analytics workloads from on-premises environments to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) .

Required Qualifications

- Robust experience with Python development
- Advanced SQL and database development skills




- Experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform
- Experience migrating data and database workloads to cloud platforms
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization
- Experience working in Agile development environments

The following are considered assets but are not required :

- Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or candidacy
- Bloomberg platform experience
- Data engineering and cloud modernization experience
