As the new Assistant Director of Wellness, you'll play a critical role in enhancing clinical services in a retirement setting. You'll lead clinical programs that require tracking trends, educating staff, and ensuring quality improvements. Acting as the Wellness Coordinator when needed, you're expected to maintain high standards in nursing and clinical operations while supporting residential teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical services and support leadership initiatives
• Lead assigned clinical programs and analyze service trends




• Manage quality improvement efforts across wellness programs
• Coordinate nursing and clinical operations in the absence of the director
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and CNO requirements
Requirements:
• Valid RPN license in good standing with the CNO
• Geriatric nursing experience is an asset
• Leadership experience in nursing preferred
