You'll manage inquiries, promote community values, and ensure compliance with company policies, ensuring an elevated standard of living for residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Market residential properties and facilitate lease signings
• Address and resolve resident inquiries and experiences




• Maintain organized records and execute weekly traffic reports
• Assist in the lease application process including checks
• Conduct inspections of units for new tenants
Requirements:
• Requires 2-3 years of direct sales experience
• Must have a minimum Grade 12 education
• Solid skills in communication and organization
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi beneficial
