Reporting to our VP of Finance, this individual will lead a team committed to ensuring CoverMy Meds (CMM) and its leaders have the partnership, financial insights, and discipline needed as they strive to achieve their strategic priorities and support high-growth products. Success in this role requires an influential, inquisitive, impactful, and high-integrity professional who enjoys working with high-performing, creative entrepreneurs in a high-growth environment and an individual committed to developing and growing their team members.What You’ll DoLead and develop a high-performing finance team responsible for CMM consolidations, cash flow, and financial systems, fostering teamwork, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.Deliver insightful, actionable reporting and executive-ready presentations to support strategic decision-making and high-growth initiatives.Drive process improvements, automation,



and standardization of forecasting and reporting in partnership with FP&A, pricing, and accounting teams.Provide financial analysis, challenge assumptions, and offer guidance to support business strategy and leadership decisions.Ensure timely and accurate completion of management reports, product P&Ls, and compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual finance requirements.Identify trends, deliver market-aware insights, and make strategic recommendations to leadership.Support senior leaders with ad hoc analysis, business case development, and key metrics.Build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.About YouBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
